Waiting room

A busy on-sale may hold you in a queue before the tickets open.

  1. 1. Join the queue

When an event is using a waiting room, you wait there before you can buy. Events that are not using one open the tickets straight away.

  2. 2. Keep the queue page open

Stay on that page. Leaving it can lose your place.

  3. 3. Finish during your turn

When you are admitted, you have a few minutes to finish — the same window as the cart timer, about eight minutes.
