Retrieving your tickets

Your tickets stay on the confirmation email and in your account.

  1. 1. Check the confirmation email

    After payment, the email includes your tickets and the order reference.

  2. 2. Open My Bookings

    Sign in and open My Bookings to download the tickets again.

  3. 3. Quote the order reference

    If you need help, use the order reference from the email or from My Bookings.
