OFFICIAL POLICY — EVENT TICKETING Ticket Refund Policy Applies to all ticket purchases made through this platform All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event of an official event cancellation by the organizer. 1. No Refund Commitment By completing a ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances other than those explicitly outlined in this policy. This applies regardless of your ability to attend, changes in personal schedules, or dissatisfaction with lineup or programming changes that do not constitute a full event cancellation. 2. Event Cancellation Exception The only circumstance under which a refund will be considered is in the event of an official, full cancellation of the event by the organizer. CANCELLATION REFUND TERMS In the event of a full event cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of the official cancellation announcement. Service and processing fees may be non-refundable. 3. Postponements & Rescheduling If an event is postponed or rescheduled rather than cancelled outright, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued for rescheduled events. Ticket holders who cannot attend the new date are encouraged to transfer their tickets to another attendee where permitted by the organizer. 4. Non-Qualifying Circumstances Refunds will not be granted for any of the following reasons: – Personal inability to attend – Illness or injury of the ticket holder – Weather conditions that do not result in a full event cancellation – Changes to the event lineup, schedule, or programming – Duplicate purchases – Failure to use purchased tickets 5. Contact & Disputes For questions regarding this policy or to report an issue with your purchase, please contact the organizer directly through the platform. All decisions made by the organizer regarding refund eligibility are final and binding.
